Warranties
All our products are covered by warranty. In most cases this warranty is provided and managed directly by the manufacturer, who have service agents throughout the country to assist you. You'll find the manufacturer's contact details with your instruction manual or on their website. Contacting the manufacturer directly is usually the fastest way to get your warranty issue resolved.
If you're unable to reach the manufacturer, or need further help, contact us at sales@livingquarters.com.au and we'll assist.
Before you contact us or the manufacturer
Please have the following ready — it speeds the process up considerably:
- proof of purchase showing the purchase date, within the warranty period
- the model number
- the serial number, if requested
- photos or video of the fault or damage
Making a warranty claim
For an approved manufacturer warranty return or replacement, you'll need an authorisation number from the manufacturer. Please also ask the manufacturer to email us to confirm the authorisation — a quick check that they've contacted us before you reach out to us helps the whole process run smoothly.
Swaps and replacements under warranty must be approved by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are managed by the manufacturer, not by Living Quarters, so we're not able to authorise a warranty swap-over on our own — it needs the manufacturer's sign-off first, via the authorisation process above.
Your consumer guarantee rights
Separately to any manufacturer warranty, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that a manufacturer's warranty doesn't take away or limit. See our Returns Policy for the full explanation of these rights, or visit Consumer Affairs Victoria for more information.
Returns and change of mind
For anything relating to returning an item — whether it's a change of mind, a fault, or an incorrect item — see our separate Returns Policy, which covers eligibility, timeframes, refunds, and who pays for return shipping.
