Christmas Layby is an easy way to secure your Christmas purchases early and spread the cost over time. You can choose an eligible product, pay a 20% deposit and make payments throughout the Christmas Layby period, with the balance due by 30 November.

It can be a convenient way to manage larger Christmas purchases without having to pay the full amount upfront.

You can use Christmas Layby on eligible products sold by Living Quarters, including products across categories such as:

• Trampolines and outdoor play equipment
• Cubby houses and swing sets
• Health & fitness equipment
• Gym equipment
• Relaxation products
• Appliances
• TVs and audio
• Other eligible Living Quarters products

Products must meet our lay-by requirements, and some products may be excluded or unavailable for lay-by at our discretion. Terms and conditions apply.

A minimum 20% deposit of the total purchase price is required to start a Christmas Layby.

Once your lay-by is accepted, your purchase price is locked in according to our Layby Terms & Conditions.

Yes. While you can make payments at any time, a minimum fortnightly payment of 5% of the total invoice price is required to keep your lay-by active.

You are welcome to pay more than the minimum at any time.

The full balance of your Christmas Layby must be paid by 30 November.

This gives you plenty of time to get your Christmas shopping organised before December.

Absolutely.

The 5% fortnightly payment is the minimum required to keep your lay-by active. You can make larger payments whenever it suits you and pay your lay-by off sooner.

Yes. Once your Christmas Layby has been accepted, the purchase price is locked in and future price increases will not apply.

Promotional prices introduced after your lay-by starts do not automatically apply, unless Living Quarters chooses to honour them.

Christmas Layby products will be available for collection from 1 December, provided the lay-by has been paid in full.

All Christmas Layby goods must be collected by 24 December.

Yes, where delivery is available and arranged with Living Quarters.

Delivery arrangements and any applicable delivery charges are separate from the lay-by payments. Please speak with our team about delivery options for your product and location.

Yes. Living Quarters can arrange installation services for eligible products.

If your Christmas Layby purchase requires installation, such as selected fitness equipment, gym equipment, trampolines or other eligible products, our team can discuss the available installation service with you.

Installation fees may apply depending on the product and location. Installation must be arranged separately with our team and is not automatically included in the product or lay-by price.

If you'd like installation, please let our team know when placing your order so we can discuss the available options and organise it for you.

Yes. You can request cancellation at any time before collecting your goods.

For a Christmas Layby, Living Quarters may deduct a termination fee of up to 20% of the total lay-by value, subject to our Terms & Conditions and the Australian Consumer Law.

The actual fee is assessed based on the applicable terms and reasonable costs incurred.

Some products may need to be ordered specifically for you.

If your lay-by includes a special-order product, reasonable supplier ordering, freight, handling, administration or restocking costs may form part of the applicable termination charge if the lay-by is cancelled, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If your lay-by is not completed by the required date, Living Quarters will contact you in writing.

If it remains unpaid for 14 days after written notice, the lay-by may be cancelled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, with any amount owing to you handled as specified in those terms.

Christmas Layby payments can be made:

• In-store by EFTPOS
• Over the phone by credit or debit card
• By bank transfer

Please keep your lay-by invoice number available when making payments so we can correctly allocate your payment.

Yes, Christmas Layby can be particularly useful for larger purchases where you would prefer to spread the cost over the months leading up to Christmas.

Whether you're buying a trampoline for the kids, gym equipment for your home, a relaxation product, an appliance or another eligible Living Quarters product, ask our team whether the item can be placed on Christmas Layby.

No. Christmas Layby becomes available from 1 July each year and is designed specifically to help customers prepare for Christmas.

Yes. Lay-by is available on selected products valued at $100 or more, at the discretion of Living Quarters.

We may also exclude products identified as ineligible in our promotional material.
