With its soft oak tones, slim vertical shadow lines and matte finish, Scandia Light Oak brings a calm Scandinavian feel to bathrooms, showers, ensuites, laundries and spa-inspired spaces. It is ideal for creating a feature wall, lining a shower area, or adding natural warmth to a modern bathroom without using real timber, tiles or grout.
The slat effect is decorative only and printed onto a flat, easy-clean PVC panel. Scandia Light Oak is inspired by the look of acoustic slat-style wall panels, but it is not an acoustic panel and does not provide sound absorption, soundproofing or noise-reduction performance.
Unlike real timber or traditional acoustic wall panels, Scandia Light Oak is made for moisture-prone spaces. The panel is 100% waterproof, mould and mildew-resistant, grout-free and simple to clean, making it a practical choice for everyday family bathrooms, shower renovations and low-maintenance wet areas.
Installation is quick and DIY-friendly, with no grout and no specialist tiling tools required. The tongue-and-groove edge helps create a clean, near-seamless finish, while the flat surface makes ongoing cleaning easier than textured timber slats or tiled grout lines.
