All our products are covered by warranty. In most cases this warranty is covered by the manufacturer who have service agents throughout the country to assist you. You’ll find the manufacturers contact information with your instruction manual or online. By contacting the manufacturer direct, your service process should be quite straight forward and efficient.

For approved manufacturer returns under warranty, please make sure you get an authorisation number so we can act on it quickly for you. Its also helpful to ask the manufacturer to inform us of the authorisation so we can help process your return or replacement as efficiently as possible. A quick check to ensure they have contacted us via email before you contact us will help the whole process run more smoothly for you.


We do not offer refunds on change of mind. We can offer an exchange or store credit if returned in original packaging and condition within a reasonable time. If not returned in original packaging, if the items have been used, is not in its original condition or an unreasonable amount of time has passed since your purchase, we may refuse to accept the return.


Sales Orders/Special Orders that are ‘change of mind’ are processed under the same conditions (as above) however they will automatically incur a minimum 10% re-stocking fee PLUS any return freight charges.
